Founded in 2020 by husband-wife team Robert and Ashley, CTS combines over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in utility staking, construction layout, tree location,  as-built and other design services. Both native to Central Texas, Robert and Ashley have a deep-rooted connection to the region and a profound understanding of its unique landscape, property boundaries, and regulatory requirements. Their extensive experience encompasses a wide range of services, including:

• Construction Layout: Providing accurate staking and marking of building foundations, utilities, roads, and other critical elements to guide the construction process and ensure precise placement according to design specifications.
• Grading and Drainage: Assisting in the proper grading and drainage of construction sites to ensure proper water flow and prevent issues such as erosion and flooding.
• Site As-Built:  Verifying the final location and condition of constructed elements for compliance with plans and facilitate future maintenance or modifications.
